All SHAPE members are requested to vote on SHAPE recognizing and adopting the flag as described on websites www.confederatepowerflag.com or www.rebelpowflag.com as the official flag to represent and honor the Confederate ancestors of SHAPE's membership who were captured, imprisoned and served time as Prisoners of War in the conflict know as the War For Southern Independence.
Voting will cease in one week from the date of official notification by membership director Randy Ritchie and /or President Mark Raines.
I have seen this flag at a marker dedication,I thought it was cool as a fan. My G G Grandfather Pvt. Henry Bogan, CO I, 31st Mississippi Infantry, was captured in Franklin,TN, and held in a yankee prison camp for 6 months til the end of the war. I like this flag,so I vote yea. I've also been considering designing one myself.
