George , We have a victory in our fight to Defend the,Reconciliation Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery!
At their meeting on Thursday, March 23rd, the Advisory Committee for Arlington National Cemetery decided to write the Advisory Report to the Secretary of the Army that we want!
During the subcommittee meeting last week and the full committee meeting Thursday, more than 30 eloquent and compelling speakers got the message across that the public is upset and that the Committee must take action!
The video (below) shows the Army staff is in lockstep with the Army brass, but the Chairman, kept re-directing the focus to the goal - reporting back that taking down the Memorial, especially without any input from them, is wrong.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the terrific speakers who participated at the meetings!

The Committee will take up the Report at their next meeting which they moved up to the end of April to take up this item.
We expect we will need to sign up to speak at that meeting as well, to keep them focused on the mission, so keep monitoring your email for that announcement.

Volunteers are needed on Monday April 3rd in DC to complete delivery of the White Papers to the House Armed Forces Committee members.
We are looking for 3 teams of 2 to meet and then split up to visit the House Office Buildings. We have 4 people already and just need 2 more.
