Sheree, Thanks for posting this info. In the future please post notices of this nature in the "General Discussion " or "Living History" forum. As a general rule this forum is for unusual facts.
Man I wish I could be there. I am going to ask my Doc if I can travel by then, if so I will be there for sure. If you make it George I have several bricks I donated in the names of Sanders/ Raines, not sure if they will have the bricks layed out by State or simply as they are donated in no particular order. In fact I'm not even sure if the Bricks for Beauvoir are in place yet?
I am not sure either. My family does plan to go, weather allowing, I'll try to locate the bricks and get photos for you. If you do get a chance to visit let me know.
Thanks George and I will for sure. I know there are so many events going on this month in addition to President Jeff Davis Bicentennial Birth Day evets is difficult to choose which ones to attend.
Exactly I have never saw so many events across the country. It is nearly impossible to add tall of them to the calender. I plan to try to make the Vicksburg event as well.
