Just returned from the LDS church. It is gonna take quite a bit of work to record the info about Confederate Negroes and get it ready for the website. I will be tied up for a while. That being said, I will be trying my best to get the website up next week. I am either gonna have to take photoes of each frame of the film or write everything down. Photos would be easier.
Just got back from the LDS church. In my opinion, for the most part the micro- film was a bust. It wasn't what I thought it was gonna be.I got 5 names total that I can identify as soldiers. There appears to be some servants of soldiers listed and about 60 laborers at Fort Morgan or Monroe, I forgot which, listed. The film only deals with Alabama Confederates soldiers and their families.
